Eco-Friendly Patio Furniture – A Look at Poly-Wood, Inc.

Turn Your Patio “Green” This Summer

Red Poly-Wood Furniture Overlooking the SeaIt may be the middle of the winter, but it is never too soon to start to make plans for how you can make your patio look better. As someone who is trying to make their home as “green” as possible, making our patio “green” is a top priority. All of our old patio furniture took a beating with the rough storms and it is now the perfect time to replace it and make an eco-friendly statement.

The search was not quite as easy as I thought it would be, and then I came upon Poly-wood, Inc. I have to say, their selection of patio furniture is incredible, looks great and yes, it is eco-friendly. In trying to equate it to something else, the best comparison would be resin furniture, but of a much higher grade. It certainly looks better and is actually heavier. This was extremely important as our chairs went airborne on several occasions last year.

Equally as important as the look and weight is the fact that this furniture is made from recycled goods. All those plastic milk bottles that are thrown away every day have been put to fine use and it is hard to imagine that the same bottle my kids put to their lips every morning can be turned into something so beautiful. You can rest assured that it will take quite a storm before any of these pieces fly around like Mary Poppins.

Regardless of the design look that you are going after, Poly-wood, Inc. has something that is going to fit right into your vision. My personal favorite is their South Beach Collection (it also happens to be a favorite vacation spot), but there is truly something for everyone here. If you are ready to take your patio green this year, give them a quick look and while it may cost a little more, the product that you are getting is far superior to anything else that is out there right now.
